Go to the Sheraton on Ka%26#39;anapali Beach-they%26#39;ll take you around Black Rock-good place.

You can fly after 24 hours, but since they won%26#39;t let you go down more than 30-40 feet on an intro, it should not be a problem. But why not do this earlier in your stay?
