If you don%26#39;t find any newly built ones, you might consider inquiring around at the individual properties for newly remodeled units (new paint, carpeting, furniture, etc.).

There have not been any new condos (that do vacation rentals) built in the last 10-15 years in South Maui. The newest ones that I know about are the Maui Banyans which were built in 1991 and the Palms at Wailea which were built in 1992. There are some new projects going up, but nothing that will be ready anytime soon. Well, except for the new Wailea Beach Villas, but those are probably goint to be $1000+ a night.
