Four Seasons on 1/21!!!!

I am so excited..we are leaving next Saturday for a week in Maui. We are celebrating our 40th birthday and 13th Wedding Anniversary. Staying at the Four Seasons. We have made dinner reservations at I%26#39;O, Sansei, Nicks, Spago, Mammas, Seawatch and Roy%26#39;s. If you had to choose between Mammas and Nicks..which would it be? We don%26#39;t plan on doing much else as we have already been to Maui. Any input on the FS or the restaurants would be appreciated!

Four Seasons on 1/21!!!!

One place that you did not mention was Joe%26#39;s, at the Wailea Tennis Center. The food there was pretty incredible. Although it is known as a meat place, I loved the scallops. They have a very nice wine list also.

I thought Nick%26#39;s was the best restaurant on the island.

I also would skip Spago and instead would enjoy a meal at Pacific Grill and/or Ferraro. Both are far superior in terms of service and food.

If I had to choose between Nick%26#39;s and Mama%26#39;s I would say Mama%26#39;s. The quality and presentation of the food as well as the service at both resturants are top notch but I think the atmosphere at Mama%26#39;s is a little better.

Definetly skip Spago!! We stayed at the Four Seasons this past July and the food was horrible - our worst meal the entire trip! As for choosing between Mama%26#39;s and Nick%26#39;s - go to Mama%26#39;s if you want to feel like you%26#39;re in a tropical paradise - the atmosphere and views are amazing, I thought the food was just average, service very good. Go to Nick%26#39;s if you want spectacular food and service - Nick%26#39;s has seating indoor and outdoors so you may have little to no view. If you skip Spago do both Mama%26#39;s and Nicks or try Ferraros at the Four Seasons. Another option is Humuhumu at the Grand Wailea - I loved this restaurants, it had the best food, great service, great views, and evening entertainment - my favorite in Maui.
