We are taking the ferry over from Maui to Molokai for a day trip. The car rental agency (Dollar) is at MKK. I have called them a couple of times for info but can%26#39;t get through.
Does anyone know how far the ferry is from the car rental at the airport? Does Dollar pick up and drop off like Enterprise does? Or do we need a taxi?

How far is it from the ferry to the airport in Molokai?
The airpot is about 8 miles from the ferry. I think there is a shuttle to the rental car places.
