I am going to visit oahu Febuary 24th. What is the weather like and what kind of clothes should I pack? What is the best place to snorkle/scuba ( not certified). Where is the best scenic horse back riding. Any boat tours recommended?

Oahu....is a diferent world....LA with pineapples..... Has freeways, 9th largest city in the usa..... horseback riding...ha!

Diviing....snorkeling yes but nowhere near like the other islands.....nowhere.

We saw the same kind of forcasts for our visit to the BI last month. And the only rain was one evening storm one night. Which was actually a good thing, because it washed away all the vog and the next couple days were fresh and clear.
