where to stay in maui

I am planning a trip to Maui next November. I can%26#39;t seem to find a condo to stay at. I want a full kitchen and my price range is under $300 per night. Also I would prefer to be right on the beach however as long as there is a good view of the sunset, we don%26#39;t have to be right on the beach. Seems like every one I look at has something bad about it, or is already booked. I have never been to Maui before, and we are really excited, but want to stay somewhere nice. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

Maui Kai or Mahana...BOTH have OCEANFRONT views, A/C, daily maid service, beachfront, and both have a FULL kitchen. Furthermore, they are both WELL under $300 per night.

Try the Outrigger Maui Eldorado - its on Kaanapali beach one of the nicest beaches on Maui, with shops, restaurants etc right next door

hello. i really like staying on napili bay. we have stayed in 2 different units- one at the napili bay resort, which is beachfront, and one at the napili shores which is oceanfront (a very short path takes you down to the beautiful beach).both condos had fully stocked kitchens. napili shores has more ammenities; 2 pools, spa, 2 restaurants on the premise. we really enjoyed both places, and both places cost us under $130/night (for studios). we rented through vrbo.com.

I recommend Sugar beach Resort. Hands down the best deal for an oceanfront unit on a beach that you can actually swim at. We have stayed at the Mahana a few times and it%26#39;s wonderful but it is not a good swimming beach. It%26#39;s nice to be able to walk out your door and use the beach right there. they also have a wonderful pool area that was recently redone. Check VRBO for listings by owner and Alii South Maui Resorts for rentals. make sure you are able to view your unit before renting, I highly recommend this as some owners do not update as much as others.
