Trying to identify two hotels on the sad at Waikiki, help.

Hello,

The first hotel is east of the Royal Hawaiian and west of the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach. In the map it appears to be semi-crescent shaped. The other hotel is west of the Duke Kahanamoku statue and east of the Sheraton Moana Surfrider.

The first one might be the Ohana Waikiki Outrigger? The second one?? I don%26#39;t think there%26#39;s anything between the statue and the Moana Surfrider.....except sand!

there is a police station just east of the moana. i don%26#39;t know if they got rooms.

You%26#39;re right Hale. There%26#39;s a police substation and a few shops before the Moana. The police station looked pretty boring. Small rooms, no good amenities...

but if it is cheap enough to stay there, and it may have ocean view, how does one qualify?

that is just because that ';moon'; was mistaken for the big island.

That IS the Newer Section of

the Royal Hawaiian.

The folks at the Waikiki Police Substation

are pretty friendly. However I dont

recommend it for accomodations.

Wizardpub.com shows it. At Oahu go to the

look at section there is NO NEED for that

password just to COP A PEAK at the hotel

and how they sit in relation the beach.

Not sure which map you are referring to...the Royal Hawaiian has an ';Ocean Tower'; between its main building and the Outrigger and it is crescent shaped. Maybe that is what you are seeing. Kwils is right, the Moana Surfrider is the last hotel before the statue. There are a few more shops and the police station is on the very corner of the buildings and the beach--but no more hotels.

An addition to the Moana Hotel looks like another hotel, but it%26#39;s just a wing.
